Welcome to XL Nation Leader's Guide.

This guide has been developed specifically for Founding Members and Citizens who have stepped up as Leaders to provide them with the tools they need to get started, set up effectively and be successful in their roles. It is also useful for existing Leaders to use as a reference tool for themselves or for when orientating a new Leader into the team. The guide has four simple steps that will take you through your XL Nation Leadership.

Make sure you go through each of the four steps, preferably in sequence, to help you get started, realise the value of being a Leader and become familiar with the various XL Leadership roles and our Leader's Code of Conduct.
